How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within the eligible timeframe:

• Email: support@globalenglishcertificate.com
• Include your full name, email address used for purchase, and certificate ID
• State the reason for your refund request

We will process your request within 5 business days and issue the refund to your original payment method.

Eligibility

Refunds are available on all certificate purchases (General and Advanced). The refund timeframe is calculated from the date of original payment.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if:

• More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase
• The certificate has been used for official submissions to institutions or employers and they have verified it
• The request is made on the basis of disagreement with the test result — our results are final
• The purchase was made using a promotional or discounted price (unless otherwise stated)

Certificate After Refund

Upon issuing a full or partial refund, your certificate will be deactivated and will no longer be verifiable through our verification system. The certificate ID will be marked as void in our records.
